Climber
Qualifications
Must know or be certified in the following

Climbing (two points contact whiling cutting, good communications skills while climbing)

Knots
-
Work zone setup and JSA
-
Cuts (stump, face, back hinge)
-
Safety of all gear (chainsaw, handsaw, ropes, spikes, belts)
-
Rigging
-
First aid CPR
-
EHAP (aerial rescue)
-
Chainsaw safety and maintenance (two hands on chainsaw)
-
Tree biology
-
Bucket truck rescue
-
Drop / work zone safety
-
Must have a good attitude and willing to train others
-
Good Safety attitude
-
Entry Level Climber (will be validated upon hire)
Climber B
Qualifications
Must know or be certified in the following

1-2 years of experience
Ground Saw-Man
Qualifications

Knots ( bowline, Half Hitch, Timber hitch, figure 8 loop, Prusik knot, square knot)

Safety of all gear (PPE, Helmet)Gr

Must know all safety gear of Groundman

Must have a good attitude to learn

6-8 months experience

Must know how to take apart chainsaw clean sharpen.

How to handle cuts with chainsaw
Groundman
